Overview

An annual performance survey is a systematic review and evaluation of an employee’s job performance over the course of a year.

The annual performance survey is a formal tool for employee development and organisational performance management. It helps align individual goals with organizational objectives, identifies training needs, recognizes top performers, and provides guidance for career growth.

Workflow

Do The Questions

To complete the survey efficiently and correctly, please note the following:
_ Read carefully the questions and their requirements/conditions to finish the question correctly.
_ Fulfill all the questions before you submit the form.
_ If you submit the form unsuccessfully because of missing any questions, please click on the red notification question to move to that question.
_ Save the form regularly to prevent missing data.
_ Please click on the link from the email and the Continue button to continue doing the survey._ If you finish the question perfectly, it will show the green mark, except the red start.


_ You can use the table of contents to move quickly to the needed part.

To print the survey, please click on the Print mode button to change the Print interface, and then click on the Print Now button.
